Yes - Pier Six Pavillion, Baltimore,Md. August 12, 2015 . video by R.B. Kratz
Live at the Rainbow Theatre, London, December 1972 Steve Howe: "It's the first song I ever wrote, and I think it's really a good piece. I wrote it on the 4th of August in 1969, when my oldest son, Dylan, was born. The very night that he was born, I finished the song. Originally, it was a dedication to Chet Atkins, but then it became a dedication to Dylan. It combined a lot of things I'd learned or imagined. I always wanted to write music, and when I decided to write solo guitar music, it was earth-shattering inside, because suddenly I was an independent person. I could stand up on stage and play Clap. That meant as much to me as it did to be in Yes." Taken from the YES live concert film 'YesSongs', available on DVD at Amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/6305076995
Live at Hammersmith Odeon, London, 1988 "Night Of The Guitar" Event Steve Howe (Guitar)
Master Howe of Yes, playing his classics acoustic songs.
Steve Howe gets mad at certain front row audience members during his spotlight solo at the Atlanta 11-19-2012 ASIA show. I love Steve Howe and have seen him a bunch of times, but have never seen him get annoyed or angry....We thought he was joking at first, but after his first piece, we knew otherwise! See below for details: At 1:46 - He tells someone "Shhh" while he's playing. At 1:50 - He says "I'm not joking!" while still playing. At 2:13 - He has to "Shhh" again! At 2:47 - After the last note of the first song is played, he immediately gets up, walks to the front of the stage, scolds the offenders and shakes his head in disgust. He then moves his chair over to get away from them before he starts his next piece. (The people you hear talking are just the annoying people around me - I couldn't see or hear the actual people at the front of the stage that were getting on his nerves) ***ALSO, later in the show, I guess he'd had enough and really kicked at some people in the front that just kept holding their phones out recording him...(same ones maybe?) Interesting time and a great show anyway! SONGS: 1) Georgia's Theme 2) Cantata No.140 (Bach) 3) Ram
