Best Apps for Apple Watch - Fitness & Health 1st: https://goo.gl/WqHf8O 2nd: https://goo.gl/fzGZUP 3rd: https://goo.gl/5tLBxF 4th: https://goo.gl/TCDS1v What is going on guys Apple Fox here and in this video, we're gonna be taking a look at the Apple Watch. Well today I am going to be showing you the best fitness and health apps for the Apple Watch. One of the reasons why many people bought the Apple Watch is its ability to track your fitness progress. Yes you have the activity app but it is limited just to tracking how many calories you have burnt and also the amount workout and stand time you've managed to do during your day, it also gives you some month based statistics but it's definitely not enough. So that's why I want to show you some of the best apps you can get from the App Store right now for your fitness and health lifestyle. Now the first one just has to be stava app. Many people may know it from their iPhones because the app is also available there. What it basically does is that it tracks your run or cycling. There are some other apps that do the same but in Strava you can even compete with other people that do the same. So there are leaderboards and if you’re fast enough you can be on top of the leaderboard and it motivates you to get better everytime. If you’re not into this type of thing, you can still use it only for tracking your speed, time, distance and other things. It is free to download and use but just like most of fitness apps, it offers a pro paid version which offers a lot of great features. It costs 6 dollars per month or 59 dollars per year if you pay in advance. So on the Apple Watch, you need to open up the app and on this screen, you just set it up, like if you’re going to run or ride, kilometers or miles and then just click on start. In case you’re wondering if you need to take your iPhone as well, then I have to tell you that you only need your Apple Watch, but it needs to be series 2, because the series 1 doesn’t have GPS built in. One thing you need to be careful about, if you’re using the Strava app for the first time, you probably don’t know that everything like your name, photos and the routes are available for public and everyone can see it. There are some great privacy restrictions in the app but the beginners might overlook them. So the next one is called 7 minute workout. I’m not going to discuss if this type of workout is effective or not because I think that every workout is better than nothing. You can never fail if you press play. By the way this app was awarded the best Apple Watch App in the year of 2016. It works pretty well on the iPhone when you click on start workout you can immediately see a person showcasing you how to do the execersizes and stuff, and it’s also accompanied by sound, so you know what to do even if you don’t look at the screen. One thing I have to say though is that it’s extremely limited, so if you don’t intend to purchase anything, then you’re probably not going to use it much. There is one very similar App however called J&J Official 7 Minute Workout and it’s kind of interesting because it provides almost the same functionality including the cool animated person doing the exercise but you don’t need to pay huge amount of money to use it. So we already had an app to track your run and cycling outdoors and also workout app to track your fitness indoors, even though you don’t have to do these exercises indoors but anyways these were the apps representing some kind of categories and the last one is going to be something to track your calories and food you’re consuming throughout the day. There is an option to set up how much weight you wanna lose and the day you wanna be done. You have to type in manually everything you eat which isn’t anything for me but there are people who like to do it. You can even scan the barcode of some foods and it shows you immediately everything it contains and that way the app knows what you have eaten. And on the Apple watch you have everything there, you can see your food today and everytime you drink a glass of water you just type it in right on your wrist and also if you lost some weight you need to put it there. So guys that would be about it for today, I hope you enjoyed this video, I’m not saying there aren’t any other fitness apps, but these apps definitely get the job done for me, you can at least try them out to see how well they work for you. Anyways thank you so much for watching. Hope you’re having a great day and see you next time. Peace.
Some of my favorite apps for the Apple Watch 2 hope you enjoy

You may have noticed that MrMobile doesn’t cover a lot of fitness tech. That’s because that stuff reminds me of gym class, little league and all the other enforced sporting events I couldn’t wait to grow out of. But look: fitness is important, especially when the most exercise you get during your workday happens between your wrists and fingertips. So to kick off 2017, I invited some of my favorite health-minded Internet people to help me round up the best fitness apps out there. Let’s tune in to their top tips, and be sure to stick around to the end for MrMobile's own (typically weirdo) choice! It's the Best Fitness Apps to kickstart 2017 right here on MrMobile. So he can't always record video voiceover with his studio setup (an AKG C414XLS in a sound booth, if you were wondering). On the road, I record with a Zoom H2n Handy Recorder in the most acoustically sound environment I can find – usually a hotel room. [MUSIC] "The Ballad of MrMobile."
