Feng Zhi Qiang's 48 Posture Form. Demonstration by Master Janay. Feng Zhi Qiangs 48 posture form is taken primarily from xin jia yi lu and er lu, but is heavily influenced by other practices such as tong bei and hun yuan qigong.
